Artwork Guidelines & File Requirements for Branding

To ensure the best print quality, we accept the following file types:

• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) – Preferred
• AI (Adobe Illustrator) – Preferred
• CDR (CorelDRAW)
• PDF (Adobe Acrobat) – High-resolution only, 300dpi minimum

Branding Process

Once your order is placed and artwork received:

• A digital proof will be sent for your approval.
• Please check all details carefully – once approved and printing begins, changes are not possible.
• We will match PMS colours as accurately as possible. If you have PMS codes, please include them.

Ordering or Enquiry – What We Need

To process your order smoothly, please provide:

• Company logo in one of the accepted vector formats
• PMS colour code(s) (if known)
• Number of print colours
• Whether you want the product branded or unbranded
• Quantity required
