These Terms & Conditions outline how OZ Promo Hub processes orders, artwork, production, payments and deliveries. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Introduction

Welcome to OZ Promo Hub. By placing an order with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These terms apply to all products, services, quotes, invoices, and purchases made through our website or directly with our team.


2. Products and Orders

We specialise in bulk promotional products and custom-printed items. Prices may include bulk order discounts — the more you buy, the more you save. All orders must be confirmed in writing or via email.


3. Payment Terms

  • 100% upfront payment is required before we start production.
  • For repeat or long-term customers, payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Production will begin only once cleared funds are received in our bank account.

4. Production Time

Standard production time is:

  • 7–10 business days for most products after full payment has been received.
  • Some custom-manufactured or special-order items may take longer.

Please contact us if you need an accurate timeline for your product.


5. Artwork & Proof Approval

We will provide a digital artwork proof before production begins. Once the customer approves the artwork and completes the payment:

  • OZ Promo Hub cannot take responsibility for colour differences, artwork mistakes, or wrong product choices.
  • The approved proof is final, and production will begin exactly as shown.

Please review your artwork carefully before approval.


6. Colour Variation & Stock Availability

  • Colours shown on websites or digital screens may differ from the final physical product.
  • Colour variation is not considered a fault.
  • Stock changes frequently. Customers should contact us to confirm availability before placing orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We use reputable couriers for deliveries. However, shipping delays that occur due to courier networks are outside our control. Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are dependent on the courier.


8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds for custom-printed items under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are only provided for:
    • Faulty or damaged products
    • Incorrect items supplied by us

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence. Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


9. Customer Responsibilities

By ordering from OZ Promo Hub, the customer confirms that:

  • All logos, artwork, or brand assets provided are legally owned or licensed.
  • The customer has rights to reproduce their logo for printing.
  • The customer is responsible for checking all order details, quantities, colours, and artwork before approval.

OZ Promo Hub will not be liable for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.


10. Limitation of Liability

OZ Promo Hub is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Colour variations due to screen differences
  • Changes in stock availability
  • Incorrect artwork approved by the customer
  • Losses caused by misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of faulty items supplied by us.
